LPZ – Résumé

The LPZ project group (formerly known as the Dutch National Prevalence Survey of Pressure Ulcers, or LOPD) was founded in 1998. For many years the prevalence of pressure ulcers has been measured annually in different institutions. Since 2004, the prevalence of other care problems has also been measured: incontinence, malnutrition, intertrigo, and the problem of falls and physical restraints.

The following countries are participating since 2009: Switzerland, Austria, Germany and New Zealand.

This site provides information on the LPZ, workshops and interesting links.
